Section 1: Introduction
These Provider Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your participation as a service provider (“Smoover”) on the Smoovin platform. By applying to or performing services through Smoovin, you agree to these Terms.
Section 2: Independent Contractor Relationship
Smoovers operate as independent contractors, not employees, partners, joint venturers, or agents of Smoovin. Smoovers are responsible for their own taxes, insurance, licenses, tools, equipment, and business operations.
Section 3: Eligibility & Verification
Smoovin reserves the right to verify identity, experience, licensing, insurance, and compliance information. Approval is not guaranteed, and access to jobs may be modified or revoked at any time.
Section 4: Job Acceptance & Performance
Smoovers choose which jobs to accept
Jobs may be same-day or scheduled
Smoovers must perform services professionally, on time, and in accordance with Smoovin service standards
Failure to meet performance standards may result in removal from the platform.
Section 5: Payments
Earnings are paid per job
Payment terms, timing, and methods are communicated separately
Smoovin may withhold or adjust payments for incomplete, disputed, or non-compliant jobs
Section 6: Equipment & Vehicles
Smoovers are responsible for providing their own vehicles, tools, labor, and equipment necessary to complete accepted jobs safely and legally.
Section 7: Insurance & Liability
Smoovers are responsible for maintaining appropriate insurance coverage. Smoovin is not liable for damages, losses, injuries, or claims arising from services performed by Smoovers.
Section 8: Termination
Smoovin may suspend or terminate a Smoover’s access to the platform at any time, with or without notice, for violations of these Terms or failure to meet service expectations.
Section 9: Modifications
Smoovin reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued participation constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
